I think that wrestling is a wrong way that some men choose to show their supremacy over their fellow human beings. I think all these bloody games should be banned as it’s so stupid when you see one man [or woman] smashing another man to such an extent that he is on the verge of collapsing. It’s so inhuman to beat up another human being just for a gold medal or some money. I think wrestlers and the people who watch wrestling are either maniacs or nincompoops. What kick do those people get in seeing another living organism in pain and agony? It’s really stupid and I’m sure 3/4ths of the people in the world do not watch wrestling. I know it is just entertainment and I know that they are faking more than half the stunts. But, do the kids know?? Do they know that it’s just a game and that nobody in the world would survive after being hit in the head with a table or a hammer?? These people are selling violence in the name of entertainment and the sad part is that we are BUYING it. They are glorifying BLOODSHED and we are ENJOYING it. This review, that I’m writing is not for the people who are reading it, ‘cos I’m sure that they are all mature and responsible adults. But it is our responsibility to carefully understand what we are choosing as fun. Sure, we might wanna beat up some people ( like our bosses or the new boyfriend of our ex-girlfriend) and we might, while watching these wrestling matches, visualize ourselves thrashing the shite out of the other person. All that is fine. The problem arises when the PILE DRIVERS and HALF NELSON SLAMS land up in our homes. The problem arises when your kids start abusing each other. One more very offensive thing about these WWE shows is the way they treat women. We see some women being stripped and beaten buy a wrestler. All that is going to have a lasting effect on the young minds that watch this insanity. So, it’s time for us adults to stand up and say NO TO WRESTLING.
