I request all to see the matter beyond RS incidence also. I am talking about her as well as guiding & encouraging new ones. I was among those fortunate who get guidance & encouragement. Thus I like to give back the same other MSians.....

India is witnessing a population explosion, with 33 births a minute so 12 million births a year even greater than China. Same way MouthShut is also growing. We do not know how many new members are joining as we don’t have data but we are watching new faces each week. Population Explosion may be problem with India but it is never a problem with MouthShut, we love new members coming.
India is facing 2nd problem i.e. ’’Infant Mortality’’. ”Infant Mortality” means a baby less than one year of age die. India has 56.29 deaths / 1000 live birth which are very high in comparison to Japan and USA where this rate is less than 5.00. I think MouthShut is also having same problem. People leave MouthShut at early stage. They looked to be a promising writer with good writing skills but somehow, someway this doesn’t work and Member falls out in few months after they join.
I am not very frequent visitor at MouthShut. Though I wish to do, I am not able to come to MouthShut daily. I visit 2-3 times in a week only. I had missed one review of a member when she was saying bye to MouthShut. One of MouthShut colleague had seen that I have not rated or I have not commented so I got a mail for that Review. I have checked the review and I instantly reminded about Infant Mortality. Yes this was the case of Instant Mortality. I thought about writing a review on the same, who are responsible for any of the Infant Mortality in real world. Who among ourselves are carrying that role on MouthShut?
If anyone find the name in the review pardon me, it is never mean to discourage or degrade anyone. It is just a thought how we shall behave on MouthShut, try to nurture and groom new members.

Let’s check who was the baby who dies earlier than expected....
It was Sweet_Voice. I am considering only MouthShut identity was a baby.
Who was the mother... RS herself was the mother of that little baby Sweet_voice. Her act, thinking and writing shall be the first grooming and caring factor of Baby Sweet Voice on MouthShut.
Who were the doctors... All the members in which Sweet_voice had put trust should be considered Doctors. They were Sachien, Daya, Ketul, Anusha, Myself and few others. Baby, mother, relatives and friends were always having that faith in Doctor that he is there any day for any kind of adversity so doctors are 2nd responsible persons for any Infant Mortality.
Who were the relatives... I feel relative term comes much closer and responsible. So senior member of MouthShut stood as Relatives such as aLi, Shafique, Rajeev, Farookh, King etc.
Who were the friends... Few other members on MouthShut who were there on the review shall be considered friends; there is a long list so I am not giving that here.
Now how these all are responsible.. ?
Mother, as being first responsible person, she shall always nurture the child well. RS at some degree failed to do that. Her motive behind writing was good as not to create the sensation. Check out her first 3 reviews. She wanted to help other where she had face problem.
But in 3rd review she had written was about new age star writers for her. The topic and idea was good but with that she erred little bit.. She had touched the wire of controversy. She called that current Star writer form a group. I do believe that there is groupism on MouthShut, no doubt about it. But let’s check the world; we are living an cities, having population in excess of 8-105 Lakh. We meet the people of our group only and not all. In the same way many people on MouthShut likes to check reviews of certain people only. Nothing is wrong it in.
It looked that RS were having a mind set and certain assumptions, which is not good for a mother. Mother shall be open and receptive. I feel this is the way RS had not helped her baby (Sweet_voice).
Doctors, being 2nd responsible person shall always try to find a way out the problem. Few had tried (I admit I failed to be there when SV needed me) and calm down her. Few had diplomatically tried to make her understand that it is not the battle that she shall fight. It was not successful. Any case which doesn’t turn good is a failure on doctor’s part, whatever the diseases or reason may be.
Relatives and friends being 3rd are last responsible persons.
Relatives are the people who always help mother to grow and groom baby. They give good advice and help where baby or mother is making mistake. Few of our relatives had done it but it was not the way in which we normally behave in personal life. If a baby had made mistake in our real life, we would be hard to her at first instance, I think not. Will we criticize in public, I feel we will not. Or will we keep a silence? I think we will not keep silence. Here relatives made this mistake. Few were silent, few were hard at her and few had scolded her openly. If they could have made her understand on M2M rather than comment section, the matter could have been different.
Friends are mainly witness the actions, not coming in picture many time. But they have to join action when they feel something is wrong. Here many things were terribly wrong. They should have enter the situation and ease out the same. Don’t you think friends should have done this?
The reason why I am writing this review is to make people understand new members and groom them. I like to reduce the clash between old and new members, if it is any on MouthShut. One good writer has not there, but we can save some other good writers in coming days. We are not here to prove our point writer, many people have different views and we shall accept it. For this have a look at one of my favorite review of ketul shah. ’’Comments on Reviews (be patient)’’. This review has all good points like mind as a parachute, respecting difference, criticism in comments and Hot seat. Just read it and you may find a solution to this problem.
I think Sweet_voice has already left MouthShut. Her profile page turned blank, so there is no way that we can make her read this. I am a bit late but its better to be late than never.
We can not change the past but certainly we can take a lesson out of the same and make future better. Let’s think about this, try to understand new bees and reduce Infant Mortality at MouthShut.
