I been working out in x on for past 3 months. The gym is below average with no proper trainers. Gym is also not air conditioned, so its hard to workout on hot summer days. Location of gym is not good as there is no proper parking space for vehicle nearby, which is bigger problem when you wanna take your car to gym during rainy season.
The equipments of the are also not caliberated and duplicate. weights are also not properly marked. Due to lack of knowledge by trainers they teach wrong forms of exercise to the clients.
I have complained many times about the trainers and equipments to the owner of the gym but they are not concerned with risk related to clients life.
If you all want to join some decent gym in panvel there are plenty of options. Please do not join Xon fitness and risk your precious life.
