Booked Xiaomi Mi3 handset on 26.08.14 at 11th hours. Handset was delivery on 30.09.14. However, non-availablity of black flipcover had to book white. Flipcover was delivery next day 01.09.14. But colour is so light and rich after 5 days(today) decided to return with help of flipkart policy. It was very surprising to acknowledge the fact replace-return was initiated.
A bit disappointed, still thought of writing a mail with effort if still client can be help for cancellation of replace-return and refund can be processed. From 06.09.14 11.50 pm to 07.09.14 12.23am things change like a dream. Mail was written to flipkart id cs@flipkart.com at 07.09.14 12.15pm with request for cancellation of replace-return and refund processed. Received a auto-response next second. In mind, with a idea flipkart will reply by 08.09.14 and in nano second just received a sms confirming refund for cancellation of replace-return. Very surprise or shocking fact, reply for refund has been process with return initiate by flipkart at 07.09.14 12.23am with e-mail confirmation from Mr. Balaji B
