This is actually a great phone from the arsenal of Xiomi. Nowadays in many reviews this is heard that if you cannot afford i-phone buy the Mi. It is actually true, because Mi phones look almost like iphones even its icons are like iphone icons. The phone is very good still there are some negative things which I did not like. Lets see the pros and cons
Pros
Great gorgeous display, not like super AMOLED but very good full hd display
The shape/form factor with 5 inch display is very handy
Good camera
Good build and user experience
Cons
The main disadvantage non-expandable memory. It is not at all a good idea to launch such a good phone with limited storage. 16 GB is good enough but not without expansion slot. As user gets only arround 9-10 GB free memory and it gets filled easily with few video and music files. Also, this phone comes with good camera and you will definitely take photos and videos which will fill up your memory very easily. Its limited storage limits the download of apps also.
Non removable back cover - Though most of the high end phones are like this but still with android it is better to have this option as a way out of dead hang. Also, it is always better to have option for user replaceable battery. Which is not available here.
Though the overall operation is good enough, but still the phone gets heated up with longer video playback and little high end gaming.
I don’t like the voice/call quality of Mi phones, I have used redmi 2 prime also and in my opinion the in call volume is little low.
Finally the phone has good looks, handy form factor, good display, but still feel hesitant to recommend due to its cons mentioned above.
