My Gf have this phone and I have also used it time to time, according to me this is the best Xiaomi phone ever made below 20k, I haven’t seen the Xiaomi phones which are above 20k, this is one of the best in its price segment.
The sound reception is amazingly good. We have spent hours talking on the phone and we had no problem with the reception, inside life or a building, it works pretty well. The sound is cristal clear and crisp, it is perfect for long hours call.
This phone has be released under Google one initiative so the UI is the original Design provided by Google, that means no manufacture specific software is running on top of the original OS. It feels amazing with the original Google’s material design concept. It is very user friendly and even a kid can use it very easily.
The phone we are using is the Special Red edition and I had a great deal of difficulty finding an availability of this particular model.
The phone looks very sleek and the bright red colour is completely eye catching. Many have been fooled I believing that this one is IPhone Red edition. The colour is so prominent, you can understand it well. The design is do good that it easily fits in hand and there is a feature I keyboard that helps you in typing with one hand only. There is one awesome feature which let’s you split the screen so that you can run two apps simultaneously.
The camera is one of the best, it has the potrate mode and it work fine due to its dual lens, the low light photographs are also very good. The photos in proper light are no less than a photo taken by a DSLR.
It looks very good and feels very premium in hand, I Love to carry this phone with me because it nowhere feels like a 14k phone, the design aspect and the premium fells add so much value to your personality.
I will say it is completely value for money because it hardly cost around 14k and the features and effeciency that it provides, it’s completely worth it. The brand has also made a good name for it recently in India and it have service centers in all major cities and towns, so it’s a bang-on on your hard earned money.
