I bought a Mi TV 4 from flipkart flash sale on 27th July 2018. One of my biggest regrets in life is buying this television. After a month of working fine the TV’s screen suddenly got blank. After contacting their service center which was slower than a snail and after after waiting on call for more than an hour, They registered a complaint. But that was just the beginning of the disaster. Nobody showed up for many days and after many calls and complaints a “service engineer” who told that 4K LED panel of the TV is dead. I requested for a replacement/refund as the TV was just a month old and in warranty. Even after a momth of this complaint and calling them everyday, They have no idea of the status of my complaint and always they say that “you should wait for 24 hours for a solution” Those 24 hours have now become more than a month yet they are the least caring and slowest responsing company. I’m looking forward to file a consumer complaint against Mi for such unethical and fraudulent buisness. One of the most frustrating experience in my life is with Mi. I’d strongly insist everyone to not buy any TV from Mi as they have nothing of a after sales service. Once your TV has a fault, They will shrug their shoulders and not take the responsibility.
