At the high prices of the Apple iAnything ( iPad/pod/mac/phone) , I wouldn’t be surprised if there were a vast multitude of products able to provide a better experience at a lower cost. I mean, not having to chain yourself to the Apple ecosystem has to be a benefit in itself.
But as for * this* device, the laco of a microSD slot puts it completely out of consideration
