Not even qualified for Zero rating . Yes if some one is trying to buy this phone then please read these things .
1) Heats very badly, almost around 45-50 C temperature at normal Usage of whats app, facebook, link in and mail app.
2) RAM is very LOW . Only 150 MB or sometimes not even 50MB(Go for android ONE it is having 750MB free RAM out of 1GB I personally checked with one of my friend)
3) Keyboard is not working proper .
4) and lots of OS problems .
I want refund for this product .
So I Booked a call in flipkart service .
And surprising .
FLIPKART keep its hands up and say we can not do anything.
flipkart say " We can not refund your money as this heating issue is not manufacturing defect .IF you want refund then go and get a letter from Xiaomi that heating issue is Manufacturing issue "
Next he said " If you need to lower Your device temperature, kindly close running apps "
I said " I have only running whatsapp and facebook ."
He said " You have to close running apps to lower temperature of device ."
Experienced a Very bad customer service of flipkart .
PLEASE DONT BUY THIS mobile .and save your 6K rupees .
