Hello viewers I have been using this phone August 2016. This is a good phone at cheap rate. Everything worked fine till march 2017. But after some times it starts heating. A notification always pops up that shows " your phone temperature is high, cool down" just for using 10 to 15 minutes continuously. Other wise every thing is good. its design is perfect and the features of miui 8 is awesome. MiUi offers almost every features like guest mode, gallery Hider, Screenshot rolling, dual apps, dual storage etc. The handset feels comfortable while holding. It’s a value for money phone under 7000 budget. There is another good thing about this phone is that it has dedicated sim slots not like other redmi phones coming these days with Hybrid sim slots. one days I have rooted my phone and it stucked in boot loop. When I switch on my phone phone only Mi logo appears for 5 seconds and a blank screen is left. I have visited the Redmi service center but they said it can not be solved because the motherboard of your phone is dead. and for replacing a new motherboard they are charging Rs.3000. At this phone is good for normal purposes but if you want to root this phone then your phone will be dead.
