I am using redmi 2, and earlier I recommended to my friends, and about 10 friends bought the redmi 2/redmi 2 prime, after three months of use, now I am extremely disappointed that 3 handset dead may be due to over heating below the camera, and service centre denying the warranty because of some stupid reasons(like very small dent in the outer case, and saying misuse)but friends, strongly believe that small dent due to very light drop is not the reason of dead condition, because they used after that.
Some friends saying that phone gone dead because of software problem which cause heavy heating below the camera, and very fast battery draining.Even after updating this issue is not solved. please don’t buy
