Hi friends I bought redmi 2 prime for my dad two weeks back from flipkart. And it was pretty nice working in the beginning, but as the two days are over when I installed only some around five extra apps in the mobile it started getting heated up quickly and battery dissolving hot cakes, and even the apps were not too large just like whatsapp fb gmail and all but when I tried to contact redmi service centre they told me give the mobile for two days and thet did factory data reset and after that when I took back into home again the ibmnstalled apps from google play store it started heating heavily, but again when I went service they are telling not to install any apps but what to do.
