I have purchased Xiaomi phone ( MI-2) it was
having charging issue so I went through pickmi service, I made three times
complain then it reached to the service centre 2 times it was picked and it
was returned to me. Third time when it reached to the service centre it was
physically damaged as the screen was broken.Now they asked me to pay Rs 3121 which I paid through NEFT now when my phone reached to me the condition of the phone was same screen broken charging issue was not solved. And also I have paid cash Rs 189 to the phone which returned me.
Now when I am complaining and generating new pickmi the no which is generating it used to be invalid. But friend the mobile is awesome but some people like me get disappointed
