Flipkart sold with wrong specification on web.(GSM operating feq 1900Mhz)
I bought on 31st March after verifying specs. I wanted the phone supports GSM 1800, 1900, 3G & 4G LTE.( GSM 1900 mhz & 4G LTE is useful while I travel USA & 1800 & 3G in India).
while checking with Mi.com & amazon web site, I found that Redmi 2 doesnot supports GSM 1900Mhz. I complaint FK to justify but they still say that this will support 1900mhz. I insisted them to give me a email confirming so. but I have not provided email confirmation so far & disapproved my return request.
today I found that FK is selling Redmi 2 after removing GSM 1900mhz frequency from specification.
after hearing so much about redmi 1; .took the redmi 2 but this phone is very delicate . and most importantly delay while opening any application lot of lag in response . its acts like very old phone. and voice brakes frequently
disappointed with product, even after troubleshooting there is no improvement
I would suggest not took any one.the back panel is just like paper think ness . it wont sustain for .surely it will damage the batter is its fallen
