I have bought the REDMI2 last month. My phone glass was cracked when it fall on floor from the height 2 feet.
Very Bad Quality Material used in the Phone. Mobile glass was broken easily. I have submitted the phone to the service center(Vashi) .But they did not gave me deadline to resolve my issue .I called the Helpdesk number of MI, the people are phone also not educated properly. They do’nt know how to speak with customer, Even they now know how to speak in English . I went to Service Center to collect my handset after 6 days. They didint complete the work but charge me some money for checking the issue.
Very Bad experience!
Suggesting not to buy MI phones. Product quality is cheap and after service is also poor.
