I purchased xiaomi redmi 2 4 days back when I started using my device it would heat a lot even when I am not use also.And it used to take a lot of time to get charge full.Battery draining problem also I had hardly I was able to use my device upto 2 and half hours.I just observed my device for 2 days and I fixed to return purchase.So in order to delete entire my personal data I did my phone to reset factory settings so that I can delete my play store account from the device and to uninstall all my other accounts like facebook account, gmail account and as well as uninstall apps which I have installed. After performing Factory reset the mobile was switched on with full charge and mobile also very cool.From that day onwards my mobile is working properly I dont have heating problem and I have good battery back up upto 7 to 8 hours even I am on wifi and playing games.Now my mobile is perfect.
But after factory reset everything was fine . best phone for the price 7k
