Yup. the camera quality is awesome with such a device with this price range. however both the cameras ( front-13mp and back-5mp) are full hd ( 1080p @30fps) but I got to see noise and blurrness in the picture quality and night time especially when we try to zoom. but to conclude about the camera its a awesome one with such a price. if u want a better camera then u can go for the redmi note 3 which provides a 16 mp camera with price range 10k with full hd screen. and its android system also functions properly without any hanging and all accorsin to me their is no problem faced till now with this Xiomi Redmi 3s prime.
