Just got this phone a week ago, the one with the Global ROM, excellent value for money but also theSD 430 is surprisingly quick, no lagging on everyday browsing, not sure about graphic-intensive games or the camera. I just like a compact phone of decent quality with great batterylife, hard to beat in this one. I chose it over the more recent Redmi 4 which weighs a brick-like 158grams - doesn’t meet my definition of compact. It’salso a bit wider and longer, too bad. The 3S is heavy enough at 144 grams.
