Are you planning to buy a new mobile phone and thinking of buying one of MI or Xioami models, think nth times before you buy, here are the reasons why you should think nth times.
Extremely Poor Quality of Product - The product would start giving you trouble within 1 or 2 month of purchase. Like Display Screen Issue, defective charger etc.
Pathetic Service Center - If you happen to visit the service center, you would be given a time of 1 month for repairing of the device, giving excuse like parts no available etc.
Pathetic Job Work - After waiting for 1 month, when you collect the handset, you would notice that the quality of work is extremely poor and may be a local mobile phone repairing shop next to your home or offices does a better job.
Pathetic Customer Support - You can keep sending them several email, making several phone calls etc, but they would not listen and understand your concern. In short no point calling or email them. They would do nothing to solve your problem.
No Contacts - There is no way you can escalate your issues since nobody is available and Chinese owners are sitting in China, making fun of Indians.
