Xiaomi redmi 3s budget smartphones featuring a 4100mah battery and a metal body has been launched in india.The Redmi 3s with 16GB storage and 2GB of Ram has been priced at Rs. 6, 999. The model will be initially available exclusively via MI.com . These are the first Xiaomi phones whose entire stock will be’MADE IN INDIA’ .The redmi 3s bears 3GB of RAM with 16GB of inbuilt storage.

The chinese company claimed that the Redmi 3s are the first smartphones featuring the new snapdragon 430 chipset to ship in India. The redmi 3s feature a 5-inch HD(720*1280 pixels) IPS display and run o MIUI 7.5 based on android 6.0 marshmallow.The smartphone sport a 13 megapixel rear camera with PDAF(phase detection autofoucus), f/2.0 aperture, HDR mode, 1080p video recording, and LED flash. The handset also pack a 5-megapixel front camera with 1080 video recording capability.
