I have great experience with mi. But I purchased 4th mobile. I have received delivery on 11th october 20! 7. Very next day mobile can not start. I call on customer care for replacement for those time and also got the job sheet from local service station and again call to customer care and give the job card details well as yesterday complain no. Still they told me we will call you on monday then we will decide for replacement. Now I have quistion that your replacement policy is 10 days and I paid 10999 full amount then why I stand in long que to service station and so many call and still my case is pending. Why? I am your old customer and I have not 4 64Gb 4 nos. But in this piece not working, so whats my fault.
