I bought Xiaomi Redmi 4 for my little brother. Review of this phone was good, so I just bought it without any further research.
After 1 week my brother started complaining me, that this smartphone is not working properly. Having some crash and abnormal behavior in the smartphone.
Sometimes while playing a movie or any video, the phone stops the video player and sometimes it gets switched off too.
I didn’t give importance to this issue because of a busy schedule.
Again after few days he Complaint that, his phone hang in the middle of his work.
Now it was too much so I asked help from the customer care but they told me to keep that phone to them for 15 days. Now how will I do that? Just a 10000 INR phone, the service center is 20 km away and just because of devilish traffic jam we took 3 hours to reach that store and again I have to give my smartphone to them for repair. Instead if spending too much money on REPAIRING.
I WOULD PREFER To change it.

Sound reception - it is an average phone having average sound reception.
User- friendly - my device is not user-friendly.
Style and design - style is normal not so excited about it.
Other features- all features are same as an average smartphone. No extra features.
Look and feel- not soo good.
Value for money- normal but having some issues. That makes is not worthy.
7 .baatery life- battery life is low. it gets heated up very soon.
