This is Madhu from Hyderabad.I purchased redmi 8A on 02-01-2020. since I purchased this mobile I am facing network issue. First I raise a complaint on my sim networks they told no problem in sim cards. Today(23-01-2020) I visit the nearest redmi service center at Mehidiptnam(Hyderabad). Service center name is Kalpana enterprises. That employees are don’t know the how to treat a customer, don’t have time punctually.
And service center manager says network chip issue I will replace the part with in 4 days. I don’t want the mobile repair I want new mobile at any cost urgent basis. Find the below purchase bill and service bill copy.
