I have been using redmi note 3 for the past 7 months and its 100% value for money.
PROS:
1) good build quality and feels premium to hold
2) best performing phone in this price category
3) good display and backlighting, clearly visible under sun
4) fingerprint unlock is fast and accurate
5) battery lasts a day with medium/heavy usage
6) good sound output and can even power heavy headphones
CONS:
1) user interface needs getting used to, I recommend using nova launcher
2) hybrid slot is a set back for users with sd card and dual sim
3) body get scratches so highly recommends a case
