After seeing many reveiws the best phone I can find was redmi note 3 under rs.15000 but it is also more great than mobile phone greater than price of rs.20000.This phone have no lagging issues and it can handle all types of game from lower graphics to higher graphics very fine and lagging or drwabacks.Its battery perfomance is insane it give me lots of on screem time which was greater than any other phone.
