Friends! I am using Redmi note 3 since last 3 months.
I think it’s a value for money handset under Rs 20000. After my recommendation some of my friends also bought Redmi note 3 and they all are completely satisfied with the product. Let me give you some ideas on its pros and cons.
Pros.
Excellent Battery backup - It have a massive 4100mh battery. And also Refined OS. I am on stock MIUI 8. It easily last one Full day on heavy usage. You can expect minimum two days on moderate use.
Optimised OS - MIUI is having a big fan following. It is my first MIUI device. After using it I instantly started to like its simplicity and no nonsense features.
Huge Devaloper Support - It has a great fan following and a very good developer support. Tons of ROMS are available if you are flashing roms type of guy.
Rooting allowed officially - Yes you heard it right. Rooting doesn’t void your warranty.
Fast charging - 0 to 100% takes around 2.5 hours. Its pretty quick for its massive 4100mh battery.
Swiftkey pre installed - I surprised to see that my favourite keyboard is pre installed.
All metal body - It gives it a premium finish.
Fast processor - I enjoy Asphalt 8 on full graphics.
VoLTE - Yes you can enjoy your Jio SIM in it.
Fingerprint sensor - Its accurate and fast. Very handy feature to have. Saves a lot of time typing password or patterns.
App lock - Inbuilt app lock. Privacy security.
Cons-
Slippery - Its very Slippery on hands. I recommend to use a grippy back cover and tampered screen guard.
Camera - Its decent. But my Samsung E7 can beat it on picture quality.
Sensors - Sometimes they wants a REBOOT to function normally.
Reception - I wonder if only I am facing it or its everyone.
Conclusion - Definitely go for it. I am happy. My younger brother bought it. He is happy. My friends are happy. You will be happy too.
