Today I will talk about the new phone that was launched by Xiaomi. This was expected to be the phone xiaomi wanted to grab the attention of the price sensitive market of india.
Lets jump into the pros and cons. I will also discuss why to choose this over the other smart phones in the price range.
First lets discuss the pros that makes it the best value for money device in the market.
Excellent build quality. Metallic unibody with slim bezel makes it look stunning
Fingerprint sensor is superfast and 95% accurate. It also has individual app lock facility.
Screen is bright and crisp. Sunlight visibility is great. The size is also perfect for multimedia contents and gaming.
A powerful 650 proseccor underneath makes it a fuild experience on multitasking and gaming
Ram management is quite decent
Speakers are a little low in volume to my liking. The small hinge at the back makes it easier to place the phone flat without blocking the speakers
UI is little heavy to my taste but is very fuild and many will like the customisation it offers
Cameras are pretty decent. The back camera is 16mp that works brilliant under good lights but struggle a bit in low light. Selfie camera is similar and does its job well
Now lets come to the value it provides to the users. Its clearly the best in the field. Providing excellent value for money.
IR blaster is something we dont find on devices at this price range. It is really very useful and works seamlessly even with third party applications.
Last but not the least, Battery. It has a huge battery of 4050mah. That can easily last for one and half working day with medium to heavy usage and can go upto 2 days with less usage.
Lets also look at few cons that might be a little hiccups in the fuild experience
cameras are good but could have been better.
Flash sales are really frustating and hard to get the device.
No quick charging 2. Though it has the first version. Having the latter would have been better.
