Xiaomi has launched their budget killer smartphone the xiaomi redmi note 3 last year.this was the first smartphone in india which comes with snapdragon 650 processor. The phone with an full metal body and it was xiaomis first smartphone with an finger scanner. Its really ruled the market in that time. But now xiaomi has launched their new budget killer note 4 few months ago. So may it doesn’t make sence to buy the old one but still note 3 tops in many condition compare to redmi redmi note 4. Lets find out that all. One more thing I wanted to tell you guyz that I am writing this review after using this smartphone for a long time and this was my personal opinion so lets get started.
1) DESIGN & BUILD?? redmi note 3 sports with an full metal body with sharp and curved edges. The fingerprint sensor just located below the 16MP rear shooter and dual LED flash located in between the camera and the fingerprint sensor. The speaker section placed in the base of this smartphone. One the left side it has the sim slot and in the top it comes with an IR BLASTER. With an 8.7 mm of thickness and 164 gm of wait it doesn’t win the market but it does a good job with an bigger battery. 8/10 in terms of build and design.
2) DISPLAY?? the smartphone comes with an 5.5 inch IPS FHD display.with a pixel density of 401ppi. The colours look natural and the viewing angle is pritty good. In outdoor situation the display performs well in terms of brightness and contrast. The FHD screen really performs well while playing videos and high end games. But it collect smudges so much and it doesn’t comes with gorilla glass protection, but it has scratch resistant display. 8.5/10 in terms of display.
3) CAMERA AND BATTERY?? it was the only worst part of this smartphone. Redmi note 3 comes with an 16MP rear shooter and a 5MP front shooter. It has phase detection, auto focus which works good almost every situation. Onemore important thing that xiaomi put slow motion and time lapse in this smartphone and it has a capability to record FHD videos. In day light or indoor condition the device performs well in terms of brightness, contrast and saturation. But in low light condition the photo quality was a nightmare. It produces a blurry and a hazzed picture which is unexpected from a 16MP shooter. The front camera performs decent in all situation. 7/10 in terms of camera performance. And a very strong point of this device that this device equipped with an 4050mah non-removal battery. It performs really impressive. It easily goes through the whole day and more with an single charge despite using like video playing, normal gaming, hours of audio, social apps updating etc. 9/10 in terms of battery life.
4) PERFORMANCE?? the device performs really impressive in every situation. The call quality is excellent, the earpiece and speaker is really loud even in outdoor situation. The 9, 999 rupees version comes with an qualcom snapdragon 650 processor and a 2 GB of ram which is ok in this range. You can easily complete you daily tasks and multi tasking. It doesn’t lag like the others in this range. The bigger battery supports you everyday. If you are a heavy user while playing high end games like asphalt 8, mortal combat it doesn’t heats up like the others. 8/10 in termsof overall performance.
5) VALUE FOR MONEY?? xiaomi has clearly deliverd good specs in india with a price of 9’, 999. It does performs good in every department, so if you are a heavy or normal user it will surprise you surely. In my personal opinion Just go for it.
