Before starting the review, I want to share an important thing regarding the bulk FAKE REVIEWS about this phone at Flipkart.com(Check recent reviews). Some of them are so childish, but these reviews definitely keep the customers away. But these are bogus.
I got a clear idea when Geekyranjit tweeted about this on twitter: "Some conspiracy going on e-commerce sITES_Company for smartphone that are being only sold online, lots of fake user reviews, wonder what’s going on?"
I bought two redmi note 3 16gb phones last week.
1) Timely Delivery and Perfect Packaging.
2) Same Month of Date of Manufacture
3) Absolutely new and Genuine pieces.
Now, Initial Impressions about the phone:
Pros:-
1) Excellent Build Quality and Design 10/10
2) Crisp 1080p display
3) The Fingerprint Sensor and IR Blaster are very handy than expected.
4) The Battery Life is great.
5) The Snapdragon 650 is the best in the town you can get @ that price. No lags till this time, but you can see that these are initial impressions only.
6) The phone is really cool in nature. No heating issues reported.
7) The Original Flip Case is also having excellent quality for Rs.399/-
Cons:-
1) They should have provided some protection of glass . But there are no issues reported about its quality.
2) The most discussed con of Redmi Note 3, its camera quality. Yes, as a Mi4i user, I can tell you that the camera quality lies in between Redmi 2 Prime and Mi4i. The details are enough for a normal user. To rate it, I would give 7/10

Bottomline:
Redmi Note 3 offers quality product for the price tag. If you are looking for a device that gives a lot of features with an awesome processor under the hood @ budget segment and having good battery life, go for it.
