Seems they have improved now. Because my friend’s Motherboard replacement took A month.they didn’t even touched the phone for 3 weeks it seemed so.after 5 minutes good talk with them the idiots called in a week and gave us the mobile. and this model redmi note 3 very good phone u can listen radio very clear sound with out ear piece. gold colour is beautiful. every ware u see gold colour only I have try other model redmi but radio not clear with out ear piece.
