I have received this mobile from my cousin 6 days ago. The following are key points about the mobile.
Sound and Reception:
Mobile doesn’t has great bass, while playing fast beat and loud songs speaker output is not at all satisfactory. You can listen through ear phones but if you want to play some good somngs through Speaker then you will be definitely disappointed.
User Friendly:
There is nothing to talk about Mi UI because they will always customizes the user interface perfectly and you will not notice any lags in the UI.
But don’t expect Android updates quickly as other brands like Google pixel, Motorola and Lenovo, as these brands uses stack Android where as Redmi uses custom UI so it will take long time to release the updates.
Style and Design:
As Redmi series is already running successfully and this Note 3 also refined it’s design and modified it’s previously launched mobiles. 5.5 display looks bulky and you’ll slightly notices some uncomfortable while holding the device but it is ok as compared to Moto devices.
Look and Feel:
Look of the mobile is average and from rear it looks good. Display size is bit large and manages to fit in the hands well.
Other Features:
Camera ??:
The main drawback of the device is it’s Camera, Rear Camera clarity is worst, having 13MP it gives the claritu like 5MP and front camera performance is average.
Fingerprint Sensor:
It is not accurate and sometimes fails to recognize our fingers. 7 out of 10 times it unlockes the device.
Battery:
Battery performance in initial stage was good but after using some days you’ll notice that battery will drains fast. Charging time is not fast as it doesn’t support’s fast charging.
Value for Money:
As in current scenario in the same price range same company is offering advanced mobiles with better features but if you want to buy it now you will be disappointed.
