Xiaomi redmi note three is a great budget phone under 15000 it provide awsome phone whith 2gb 3gb and 4gb ram. Prices are different acc. to ram and other all thing are same. It also provide some extra ordnary featurs like fingaprint sensor in its backside. There are four colour option available viz. Black silver gold and white so you can select your fav. colour. So this is best phone under 13000 and you should buy it if it is in your budget so acc. to me go for it you will never disappoint. I also have mi note4 silver 3gb ram and I found it best under this budget so if you looking for a cool looks phone go for mi note4.
