I purchased one Redmi note 4 three months before from Dubai city center it was working superbly , one week before it starts its problem , the finger print sensor is not working , the volume down button is switching on by its own .I asked for service and they said Sunday to Thursday 9.00 to 5.00, which was shorter than my office hours. so I need to take a leave to reach the service station .I went there and paid 10 AED as parking charge that’s OK. Then I reached the office they communicated well and is appreciable.Then after two days they called me and said that there was some water/liquid inside the mobile and the PLC is damaged for changing that I need to pay 450 AED . In this three months , the mobile doesn’t have direct contact with water . I will keep the mobile in my pocket and as you all know about the temperature of Dubai I will sweat , even it cant withstand the sweat
