Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 4 GB RAM is a better option for the low budget mobile phone as it commonly has all the features that are given by any other big brands like samsung, sony in range of 17000-20000. This makes Xiaomi a quite different and the customers get attracted to it. but please people dont follow Xiaomi just because of its price level as it doesnt give as much as any other brands like sony, samsung nd motorola gives.
