My dad bought Xiaomi Redmi Note 4(64GB, 4GB) variant in May this year and it has been a good experience for him. I have also operated the phone for a while and it is a very good choice in this price range.
The Sound reception on the calls is good and there is not any issue in voice call quality due to the handset( the interference in the signal is a different thing). The dialer interface is easy to operate and well oriented.
The basic interface of Xiaomi is the MIUI and its very user friendly. Its easy to operate and the layout is very well designed. There is no Menu Tray but the layout is very simple to use.
The camera quality of the phone is also decent for this price range. The rear camera is pretty good in day light but is a little shaky in low light conditions. The front cam is also okay, good enough for video calling.
The 64GB internal storage is a very good thing so you dont have to worry about running out of storage capacity.
It has 4GB RAM which makes it pretty fast for multi tasking.
The look of this phone is very unique .The edges of the screen are curved giving it a very stylish look but it has a negative point also. The curved screen makes it difficult to apply a glass guard protector on it.
Considering the price range and the features it provides, I would say it is a fairly good choice. I would really recommend this phone.
