Xiaomi makes a boom in indian mobile market. The reason is they provide many features in a budget which we wont get in smartphone like samsung etc.
Xiaomi redmi note 4 is one the best mobile under 13000. I also used this phone and as per my experience its very decent phone in this price range.
The processor of snapdragon625 makes it battery friendly you will get a full day battery backup while using internet .if you dont use internet and play movies and videos it will give you 3-4 day battery backup.
Camera quality is decent in this price range.
Easy to handle in hand
Performance is good , not getting problem of hanging issue.
Fingerprint sensor is awesome.
Overall if you want a decent phone with good performance under a budget then xiaomi redmi note 4 is a good option.
I will recommend it if you are going to buy a mobile under 13000.
