I bought this smartphone recently to use as my primary smartphone and these are the pros and cons if the product.
Reasons to buy:
The smartphone comes with 5.9 inch 18: 9 FULL HD + LED display which us really good.It comes with a single speaker at the bottom of the phone but is adequately loud. Cellular reception is really good. It supports JIO 4G VOLTE . Its has 4GB and 6GB ram varient. Regarding ram management redmi has done a really good job as there is no lag even during playing some high-graphics games. There is a 4000mAH battery which supports 1.5 to 2 days for a normal user and atleast 1 day for a heavy user. In camera department it has 2 rear camera 12MP+ 5MP. The colour aquracy is awesome and portrait mode also works fine. In front camera it sports a smashing 20MP camera which is the BEST in this price point. In video recording there is image stabilization.
Reasons not to buy:
When heavy games are played for long duration of time the back gets heated. Regarding the video recording it does not support 4K recording. The focusing during videorecording is also not very good. Lastly like most other redmi phones it does not come with a dedicated dual sim slot and has a HYBRID sim slot which has only the capacity of having two sims or one sim and a SD card.
Inspite of some flaws the smartphone is a very good device and undoubtedly one of the best at this price point. It is absolutely value for money and I suggest you to go for it.
