I bought a redmi note 8 mobile on aug 2 2020 through amazon. From the day I got the mobile it had some issues and it didnt show for a week. Again after a few days the phone started to work automatically, seeing this I enquired the costumer service and asked for a replacement of the product they told me it cant be replaced after a week. So I went to the service centre to get it repaired. The first time I went there, they installed a new software and said me the problem wont show up most likely, but it did. The second time I went they told it was an issue with the screen seeing the video I captured of the phones issue. They told me that they would replace the screen and give me within a week. Later when ive taken back my phone it showed the same issue in the night of the same day.
Seeing this I called to the costumer care again and they raised a complaint. They told me I would get a call within three days but I received after 5 days . As I spoke to the service member again he told me to visit the same store again.
The store is 20km away from where I reside, they arent giving me any clarity about that the phone would work fine after repair.
I suggest Remdi team to take a serious action against this and provide me the service I require.
