The Redmi note 9 was released last year and got many attention from the buyers for the look it offering at such a low price but got some major issues inside it which we gonna talk out today. Firstly the look and feel of the phone feels premium , it doesn’t feel like a cheap phone . It comes with glass back design which is good at the price point but did not get the gorilla glass setup at the back . The front got a 5.9 inches IPS lcd display with a protection gorilla glass but didn’t mention the level of it. The redmi note 9 comes with Mediatek helio G85 and a 4GB of RAM with looks pretty decent on papers but when it comes to the practical world the game changes often . The phone struggles to run games like BGMi , Asphalt 9 , etc as helio G85 is a good chipset in midrange but xiaomi did a terrible job at the optimisation part . Sometimes phone even struggle in doing multitasking frequently , awful RAM management . Xiaomi do a cheap job at optimizing low end Miui . The camera modules are good but not the best , it comes with a quad camera setup where the 48mp is the main shooter sensor with 2mp macro , 2mp depth sensing and 8mp ultra wide angle which takes a great photos in daylight but struggle in low light photography . The front sensor is a 8mp shooter which is decent for casual selfies and grouping. The main highlight is the battery capacity of wooping 5020mah which last upto a day without any hassle with 22.5 w fast charger inside the box .
So in my honest opinion , if you are not a heavy task performer and use phone just casually them its a great deal for you otherwise stay out of it .
