Xiaomi announced Redmi Note 9 Pro on 12th March 2020 and it was released on 24th March 2020.It has three variants - 6GB RAM and 64GB storage, 6GB RAM and 128 GB storage and 8GB RAM and 128 GB storage. It is part of the Redmi Note 9 series but despite the hype that surrounded its release, I found this smartphone to be pretty unimpressive.
The Redmi Note 9 Pro does not come with any unique or new features and the specs integrated within are extremely common in mid-range devices. It is an extremely heavy and bulky device and the performance of the cameras in low-light settings is disappointing.
The Note 9 Pro has a 6.67-inch display with a resolution of 10802400 pixels. It is run by Qualcomm Snapdragon 720g. It has a quad rear camera with the specs of 64MP+ 8MP+ 2MP+ 2MP and a 32 MP front camera. The battery power is 5025 mAh and it also supports fast charging(30W). I will give props to the battery and RAM of the phone but other than that I am not really impressed. I expected more from this series.
