This is my 4th Redmi phone purchased through Amazon, needless to say that I am a Redmi fan since they offer excellent features in the price range no other so called brands do.But my latest purchase that’s Y1 has left me disappointed and dissatisfied as well. Hardly after a month the phone has become pretty slow and responds late to touch.
It’s the first worst mobile to me as am facing a lot of battery draining problem.
And when I try to replace mobile amazon people are discussing with me over 20 to 30 minutes checking in some online app. And later that the mobile is okay. They sent a technician to my office he came and checked the mobile by entering some code to test battery and said the mobile is good. All the thing I tried to replace my mobile. But whenever I calling Customer care am wasting my time.
Am not at all satisfied with this resmi y1 handset.
