XL Dynamics India pvt Ltd company is not a better place to work. Once for job I went there on monday from Hyderabad to Mumbai. Its very far away. They said that selection will be done in one day. After waiting for 3-4 hours they conduted written test for all. Then they selected few and told to wait for interview. I waited for 2 hours then PA came and said Boss is having meeting come on next week we will call u. I really lost my patience its waste of my money and time. The employees also said pay, benifits are very low I don’t like it.
