I’ve been working at XL Dynamics for more than 4 Years. I have a lot of respect for this company and here’s why:
XL Dynamics offers the best salary and incentives among other companies in this industry. It has given me the opportunity to stand independently on my feet and ensure a good future for my family. I’ve been able to save a large portion of my monthly salary and incentives, which has also helped me put a down payment for my flat in Navi Mumbai without any support.
There is never a dull moment in the work that I do. I have gained immense knowledge of the US Mortgage Industry to the extent that I know majority of the Mortgage policies by heart.
XL Dynamics trains better than most of the competing companies, probably why they’ve been after us so much.
We do have a culture where we are expected to do the right thing at the right time. This means, when at my desk working, I’m expected to be focused on work and when I’m on a break, do whatever I feel.
My Team Lead and Manager always push me to be more efficient. I’ve learnt all keyboard shortcuts, Excel Formulae, communication skills and other tools to help me automate my tasks and save time. The best thing is that we work with 3 monitors which make multi-tasking very easy.
I will continue to work here for a long time. I have already cashed in my Loyalty Bonus which XLD pays when you complete 18 months or more. I am also in line for hefty gratuities and draw more than twice the salary I joined at. I am also awaiting an appraisal which will increase my CTC further.
Overall, it has been a very rewarding experience. I earn almost twice the salary my College Mates currently earn and I’m not even a Team Leader or a Manager yet.
