XL Dynamics expects nothing more than the following, which every employer expects BUT you get paid much more.
1) Be honest.
2) Keep the customer as the main focus.
3) Work when you are at work and be efficient.
4) Dont make mistakes.
I learnt this at my induction, which I dont feel is unreasonable, having worked at other places.
This is not a BPO or Call Center environment. Everyone is focused on their jobs and tasks.
I like the culture here. In todays market, job security comes only with performance. Working here for 2 months and already earning incentives of over 20, 000. Whats to complain about?
The interview is fair. They didnt ask me any questions that Ive read in these posts. They did ask if I am comfortable working in a target oriented environment and willing to go the extra mile when needed. These are questions all recruiters in the companies I went for asked.
Their interview process is long an takes an entire day.
People who have posted negative reviews about this company have also posted negative reviews about other companies as well. Such people are very difficult or impossible to please.
