Guys,
Its a waste of time, if you are going for a walk-in process for XL Dynamics.
The process consist of 3 elimination round, where in the first round only HR selects only 1 or max 2 candidates (out of 15-20s batch) for the next round, that too depends on their mind (i.e favoritism, where are you from, etc etc)
Aptitude tests result was total fake. The HR decided that who will pass and who will fail!!
Also, If the location of a candidate is the issue, than in the email only they should mention such things!
