Worst phone! And worst customer support!

This all started when I decided to buy a good phone under 5k I get suggestions from alot of people.At the end I ended up with xolo era 2. and that was my biggest mistake ever! I bought this phone through snapdeal! I get it delivered before n was quite happy and excited!


Started using it everything was good but suddenly when installed whatsapp on it and some more 3_ 4 applications It started showing its colours.It started hanging a lot.I called upon the xolo customer care no. Provided in the phone already they suggested me to reset it. done that but no results this time it was started showing problems with google chrome too.I finally raised the request for replacement!


And that was my 4 day so I raised the request easily! After a day I got mail from snapdeal/xolo I have to visit nearest authorized service center to get it resolve.I said no problem with that.But when I checked their mail throughly there was a address of one only authorized service Center near my location.And you can’t believe it that how near it was.! It was 25 miles away from my house.I request them that I can’t visit this much far as me and my mom stays alone in home and I can’t leave my mom alone, well this is a little problem but the main problem is my board examinations are on already! So what they said was totally annoying and irritating! They replied that Sir we can’t help you in that! You should be thinking all about this before purchasing phone!


Means it is pre sure that you will face the situation of visiting service centre if you buy this phone! I insist a lot but they said we are unable to! So I pickout sometime and search about some more authorized service cemter in bhopal so I found one which was 6 miles away from my location!

This is the address of the tgat service center! My experience with them was worst annoying ever because when I first visited he updated my software and told now you will not face any problem so I thought ok np! Then and tht was my 5 day means last third day of replacememt warranty! After everything she provided me a form feedback form I told her that I would fill this after na as I don’t know that problmes with my cellphone is being resolved or not! But she said no sir you will not face any problem with your cellphone, so you can freely fill this form POSITIVELY I said ok. and I gave away 4 stars in every section.


After updation of software mobile was quite smooth But it is smooth because there is no app installed till.When I reached home connect it to wifi installed applications more 4-5 it again satrted showing same problem.This time I was quite angry so I called again snapdeal told them tht my visit to servid center is done.But my problem still presist! So now their executive said ok sir we are registering your request! And that was my last third day! Of replacmenet warranty( remember! ) After a day I again got the same mail visit to serviceMeans on last second day I again got the mail for visit to service center! I called them started scolding what is this! N rest!


They told me thay we will pickup my phone but we need JOBSHEET for that just visit them and ask them for jobsheet! And then the same to us and we will replace yor product! I said ok! But unfortunately that was last second day and I got this info after 6 pm closing time of service center is 5pm( N as I had already told u before my examinations are on.) N unfortunately on last day of replacement warranty! That is 13 of feb I was having my practical examinations so it was not possible for.me to visit service center! So I requested them to increase my time they said we are increasing I was quite happy but as it was not believable I any how manage to visit service by last day through my school bus!


But this time service center was totally rude! I suggest all the people from bhopal to not to visit service center ( address) give above! I told her that you got your form filled n I m still facing problems so I want the jobsheet required for replacement! When I ask for jobsheet she turned totally rude.She started saying that can’t print that because sever is low right now! Means man what kind of high speed server is required for printing a page! I told her insist her that today is last day but she didn’t understand and told me to come later.


Guys at this time I was feeling like choosing xolo was my worst ever decision! I go back home lauched a online request! So finally I got respond from xolo as because I have launched I request online.He told me that sir we will pick your producf just us that jobsheet! Before 23 of feb and that moment was soo awesome! I was again happy! But if you focus I lost a lot of my precious time in all this! Precious time because my that was my examination period! I visited to them again amd this time that girl started annoying again.She was saying that just show us problem right now them only we will provide u jobsheet! Means how can I show her at instant! But this time I was totally breaked! I started chanting I need jobsheet and blah! I started calling my Daddy! My Daddy came and finally we got the job sheet! And now when I send that job I again get irritated as I got revert that your replacement request is closed from our side and we would cannot replacement that item now! ( I have attached the photo.mail! )


Again complaint launched got response and finallyPickup scheduled! Pick up successfull.Item is under quality check! Replacement request successful! Item delivered! : )


Ahm ahm! Hold on this not the end actually! This doesn’t end up all here as there wasn’t any proboem in a single but the Xolo era 2 is a defective launched model.As the product I got after was more drastic then the last.It heating capacity is soo mucg you can anythibg easily on that.Its heating problem Melted my sim cards! Yes you read that right! Photos of melted sim cards are attached!

I have already uploaded it on youtube! It also got some display problems! I got a notification when I plug it to charge and charging automatically stops and because of which it is off right now as I can’t charge it.Photo of notifictaion is also attached! If anyhow I manage to on it after charging it 20? n then on it net connections I got notifictaion battery lowShutdown in 15 seconds and counting starts! And if I m connect it to charger in that condition so rather it would provide the same notification or else started heating like fire!


So I have again launched a request and this time for refund I again got the same mail for visiting service and m goind there today.Gonna face that girl again.Lets see what would happen! I nothing happened then I would go to consumer court.


So guys I just wanna say don’t go for this handset or any handset of xolo as their specifications Are good


1gb ram 8gb internal


Good display quality.5.1 inches screen


5mp front5 back camera both with flash!


But it doesn’t make sense if you can’t use them what if it get heat up and get balst while you are taking a selfie!


So plz stay away stay safe


One more thing?


yeah one more it is single port message receiver device.


Means you can receive messages in olny one sim! Which is not their in their specifications.


If it is not soo then this is also a big problem I m facing!


Not getting any messages in 2nd sim port!


So guys dont go for this device!
