I purchased this device in the month Jan, 2017 at price of Rs.4499. I faced many issues in the device:
Heating issues: Device show high temperature 40?.
Auto dialing: Sometimes when phone locked with pin, the auto dialing to random number.
Battery backup: Very poor battery backup .
Voice issue: few days ago, I faced voice breakup problem. After 30-40sec the voice breakup of the call.
I Suggest if someone wants to buy budget phone then try other than era2.
