I had purchased Xolo Q1000 S two months back. The phone was working fine but all of a sudden it stopped taking charge. There is no problem with the charger but there is a problem with the charging point of the phone.
I tried to call multiple times XOLO Care help line. But they never pick up the phone. I have sent 5-6 email to care@xolo.in asking for help, but they never turned back to me. I have tried all possible ways to get help from Xolo care, but no one is willing to help me.
My final verdict: If you want to buy a budget phone, you can try xolo but service is same like china mobiles. NO AFTER SALE SERVICE. They have uploaded all fake nos on their website.
