This is about my Pathetic experience with XOLO service center. I had a fault in My XOLO Q1000. It was Under warranty. I went to the service station named JVM Technosol at Kalkaji and submitted my Phone there on 26-4-2014. Work Order No: 310000391526. IMIE NO: 911310200370352 and since then I have been struggling to get my Phone Back. I have been repeatedly visiting the service center and they are Extending the Date. Moreover they are not giving me any specific time that when Im going to get my Phone Back. When I asked for the Higher authority the service center guy provided me a few contact numbers.
The first number is of Mr Amit, who is said t be the Delhi head he never picks up the call. Then I got another Persons contact Number whose name is Mr. Airin. Also Mr Chandan Sapra did not respond to My call. After my 200th call he picked up the phone one day and Said he is on leave and he is not responsible for any Delay in the service and disconnected the call. These People are really harassing the customer and their service is really very frustrating.
