On going to the shop for my cell we found the shop CLOSED!permanant
Calling the helpline 1800 301 00104 on many occassion we were misguided and mis- directed in Mumbai to varios shops of XOLO as under
a To Kandavili XOLO CARE SHOP
b to CHARNI ROAD XOLO CARE SHOP
BOTH THE VISITS ON MANY OCCASSIONS WAS WASTE OF TIME AS BOTH DID NOT HAVE THE CELL OR THE FILE ATTACHED
NOW EITHER YOU HAVE MISPLACES THE CELL OR BETTER you HAVE LOST IT
SO AS WE PAID OVER 20, 000 Rs for the same [ still under warranty] receipt with us==*
WE DEMAND FULL REFUND O THE VALUE OF THE CELL IMMEDIATELY WITHIN 7 Days as we have wasted too much time with your XOLO CARE EXECUTIVES who are very rude and are misguiding us to various shops where no cell is found
Await reply as Im going to newspapers and consumer guidance Society and Jago Grahak jago
refund immediately full amount or we go to courts
